R A T E S
Bespoke Recording is a private studio built to support my producing and engineering ambitions. As such, I don't have a
rate schedule like commercial studios, favoring flat rates for projects. Flat rates have the unique benefit of creating records that
have less time pressure and allow more time to realize the best performances.
I prefer to focus on the somewhat lost art of creating records (full albums and EPs). I also have a list of things
I consider when I evaluate a project.
My flat rate depends on the scope of the project and typically includes recording, mixing and masterering your album of up to 15 songs.
This fee includes use of the studio, my time and expertise, and the use of all recording gear and software needed to complete your project
for up to six calendar months, according to the terms listed below.
|Artists in the Eugene area should contact me and send links to prior recorded
works or performance videos. Please include a description of what you have in mind for your project.
Payment for these services is due as follows: 1/2 the total fee is due at initial set up time, 1/4 due when tracking is completed,
with the remaining balance due before the release of the final product.
I accept cash and major credit cards only.

Performance and Publishing Rights
All rights to your original music will be retained and owned by you.
Availability of Equipment
Availability of certain pieces of equipment owned by the studio will change from time to time without notice. Rates do not include the use of any musical instruments,
but do include the use of microphones and studio equipment, software, and virtual software instruments. Other equipment and instruments can be provided as needed through
rental services or can be arranged through Bespoke Recording at prevailing rates plus 10% handling fee to defray shipping, handling, and liability costs.
Artist/client is solely responsible for obtaining mechanical licenses & sample clearances for any recorded works used. Bespoke Recording is not legally or
financially responsible for items brought into or left on the premises including, but not limited to instruments or amplifiers. You should obtain private insurance for
your items as the studio insurance does not cover anything not actually owned by the studio. Bespoke Recording accepts no liability for failure of any computer
component even if it is determined that the computer was used in a negligent manner. If Bespoke Recording suffers a data loss for any reason, I will only refund the studio fees associated
with creating that work and will not be responsible for any financial liability greater than the studio fees.

along with your unprocessed raw tracking files once all outstanding bills have been paid in full. All files will be exported onto your USB media.
Bespoke Recording is a private studio and is not available for rental without Bespoke Recording staff. This page is
not an offer to record any particular project. Any agreement made to make your record can be cancelled at any time without warning.
If your project is still uncompleted after the contract expires, the full fee is due and your project is subject to cancellation.
If your project is cancelled, all your work files will be exported onto your USB media, provided there is
no balance due. If your project is cancelled before the contract expires, a pro-rated refund may be due depending on how long the project was active.
