Bespoke Recording Signal Chain

Your performance will be recorded through an analog signal chain consisting of:

  • industry-standard microphones including Neumann, Mojave, Royer, AKG, Sennheiser, Cascade, Audix, Shure, and others
  • high-end Rupert Neve Designs, API, and Manley Labs analog EQs, compressors, and preamplifiers
  • world-class Antelope Goliath AD converters connecting to the Apple workstation via Thunderbolt/USB

More about Rupert Neve Designs - Shelford Channel
More about API - The Channel Strip

Bespoke Recording has enough processing power to record in excess of 32 simultaneous analog sound sources at 24bit/192k resolution with no practical limit on total number of tracks for typical projects.

Please note: In some studio photos an Allen & Heath consumer-grade mixing console is visible. This console is for rehearsal purposes and is not used for recording.

    Virtual Instruments

VSTi & AUi format digital instruments provide an almost endless amount of choices to the composer and musician. I have a collected a number of nice VST instruments including traditional drums and percussion, pianos, strings, woodwinds, brass etc. based upon some of the best samples available. A number of classic analog synthesizer digital models have also been collected to fill any recording need. An Arturia 61-key MIDI keyboard controller and a Fishman TriplePlay MIDI controller-equipped guitar are used to control these virtual instruments.
